We are Danny and Kacey Beyer.  For 7 years we lived in a beautiful ranch home we built in West Des Moines.  Over the years we added two little girls to our family.  We found ourselves longing for more open spaces, a home with more character, and trees.  The suburban life of West Des Moines had been home but we wanted a change.

For around a year we scoured home listings, worked with realtors, and kept our eyes open for a new home.  On a random Wednesday in April, Danny stumbled across a new listing on Facebook.  The post read, “Have you ever wanted to live in a mansion?  Here’s your chance!”  He followed the link and quickly fell in love with the Brenton House.  A quick call to a realtor, two viewings, and an accepted offer later we found ourselves the new owners of this historic Dallas Center home.

We moved in on June 25th, 2015.
